Where Everyone is an Artist

You know that feeling when you see something and think, I could make that? This is where you can actually give it a try. The Blue Goose Studio is an open, welcoming space for creating, experimenting, and working on whatever you have in mind. Bring a project you've been working on, try something you've never done before, or just come in with an idea and see where it takes you. You don't need to be an experienced artist. You don't need to know exactly what you're doing. And you don't need to have a fancy studio of your own.

The studio is free to use and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Just bring your project, find a spot, and make yourself at home.

The Blue Goose Studio is available to the community at no cost. There's no rental fee and no complicated reservation process. When you want a place to work, come by and see if there's an open spot.

Because the studio is first come, first served, availability can vary throughout the day. If you have a larger project or need a specific amount of space, we recommend checking with us before you come in.And if you're not sure whether your project will work in the studio, just ask. We're happy to help you figure it out.

Bring What You're Working With

The best way to use the studio is to bring the supplies you already have and the materials you know you'll need for your project. That said, we do have some art supplies available for customers to use while they're here. It's a great way to try something new, test out a material, or add something to your project if you need it.

And if you realize you're missing something, Community Canvas, our in-house art supply store, is right here. Pick up what you need, ask us about a material, or find something new to try without having to go anywhere else.

Oh, and if you spend $150 or more in the shop, you'll take home a Blue Goose tote bag. Don't leave it plain. Paint it, draw on it, sew something onto it, or turn it into your next little art project. We'd much rather see what you do with it than see it sitting in a closet.
